SHIPPING POLICY
We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping (estimated 4-7 business days for delivery) on orders over $50 USD!
For orders below $50, shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We ship to all US states with USPS. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Orders placed after Friday 2PM PST will be shipped on the following business day. Most orders ship within 24-28 hours. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we contact you through email.
RETURNS POLICY
Unworn, unwashed full-price merchandise purchased through our website is accepted for return within 21 days from the date you received your package for a flat rate shipping fee of $7 USD, which will be deducted from the refund amount. You may also print out your own label once the return is approved.
Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your original form of payment.
Items returned past 21 days from receiving the package will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN
2. PLEASE INCLUDE A REASON FOR RETURN:
- Changed my mind.
- Item doesn't fit.
- Defective/damaged/incorrect item.
- Item not as described/pictured.
- Other (please elaborate).
3. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a return label. A shipping fee of $7.00 USD will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Print your label and pack up your items.
5. Drop off your return at any USPS facility, with your postal carrier, or schedule a pickup at www.usps.com.
Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Refund Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS
Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt to to be accepted. If a replacement is not available for exchange, you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment used to make your purchase online. If the item is available, we will gladly make an exchange in the original style and size with free shipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages that are shown as delivered. If an item has not arrived and is marked as delivered, you can make a claim with USPS.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items, bodysuits, and intimates are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at primariestudios@gmail.com. Orders that have already been processed and sent out cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.
FLEA MARKET AND MARKETPLACE POLICY
Orders placed on Depop, Poshmark, Teleport, and at local flea markets are final sale unless stated otherwise. We respect and follow the shipping and returns policy of the respective marketplace.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us through the marketplace that you placed your order, or we will not be able to provide assistance, as off-marketplace communication will result in our shop being banned. Thank you for your understanding!
